专利说明:

The invention relates to a water pipe channel with a wall, a first end with a first mouth opening and a second end with a second mouth opening.
Domestic water is led from the water meter to the water points in the apartment along the domestic hot water pipes.
Domestic water pipes can be copper pipes to be installed on the surface of the structures or plastic pipes to be installed inside the protective structures running inside the wall structures.
Plastic hot water pipes are easy to install inside a heavy-duty wall, but it is difficult to install a plastic pipe on a concrete-structured wall.
The inner surface of the concrete wall must first be machined with a reed, in which protective pipes and tap corner boxes coming to the water point are placed.
The roil and the pipes in it are then covered with plaster.
Machining the rafts, installing the pipes and filling the rafters of the rafts is a multi-stage and slow work step, which increases the installation costs of the domestic hot water pipes.
In order to speed up the work, the roilot is often made as low as possible, so that the hot water pipes installed inside the roilot remain close to the wall surface.
In this case, there is a risk of accidentally drilling holes in the domestic water pipes when installing water fixtures, such as shower bars, in damp rooms.
Due to the difficulties involved in installing plastic pipes, domestic hot water pipes are often made with surface-mounted copper pipes.
For surface mounting of copper pipes, pipe clamps are used, which are fixed to the wall surface with screws. - The fastening screws puncture the moisture insulation of the walls, which increases the risk of moisture damage.
A large number of corner and extension joints will inevitably enter the hot water pipeline to be built from straight copper pipes, which are potential leaks.
In addition, a copper domestic hot water pipe is clearly more expensive in material than a plastic hot water pipe of a similar size. 00> 25 —It is an object of the invention to provide a water pipe channel which can reduce the problems associated with the prior art.
The objects according to the invention are achieved by a water pipe channel A, which is characterized by what is stated in an independent claim.
Some preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. 3 30 —The invention relates to a water pipe channel with a wall, a first end, 2 with a first mouth and a second end with a second mouth.
The second N end has an expansion portion into which the second orifice opens and said second orifice is substantially larger than the first orifice.
A water pipe channel is a building part intended to be installed inside a building wall, in particular a concrete-structured wall, so that its first opening opens at the top of the wall and the second opening opens at the wall surface approximately at the height of the wall-mounted plumbing fixture. Along the water pipe channel, the plastic domestic water pipe can be led through the second mouth to the water fixture.
In a preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel according to the invention, the length of the water pipe channel is adjustable. Preferably, the water pipe channel comprises a first channel portion and a second channel portion, the first and second channel portions being telescopically connected to each other such that the first orifice is in the first channel portion and the second orifice is in the second channel portion.
- As the length of the water pipe changes, the distance between the first orifice and the second orifice changes. Typically, the water pipe duct is mounted on the wall such that the first orifice opens at the top of the wall and the second orifice opens at or below the water fixture to be mounted on the wall. Depending on the type of plumbing fixture, its normal mounting height on the wall surface varies. In addition, there are differences between the building's room heights and thus also the wall heights. The possibility to adjust the length of the water pipe duct allows the same water pipe duct to be used in different types of buildings and for the installation of domestic water pipes to different water fixtures.
In another preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel according to the invention, the water pipe channel portion between the first end and the extension is substantially straight and rigid and the minimum distance of the outer surface of said portion from the plane defined by the first mouth and the second mouth edges is greater than 25 mm, preferably greater than 40 mm. most preferably greater than 50 mm. The water pipe duct is intended to be mounted on a wall so that the straight portion of the water pipe duct between its first end and the extension is substantially parallel to the wall surface. In this case, the water pipe duct is clearly = deep inside the wall and the fastening & screws used to install the water fittings do not reach the water pipe duct.
I = In a third preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel according to the invention, the water pipe channel section D between the first end and the extension part has at least one support leg, the end of which is substantially in the plane defined by the edges of the first mouth and D the second mouth. Thanks to the support legs, the water pipe channel N can be placed inside the molds used in the production of concrete walls, so that the water pipe channel rests on the mold surface of the mold against the support legs and the edges of the mouth openings.
In another preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel according to the invention, the part of the water pipe channel between the first mouth opening and the extension part has a cross-section whose width is substantially twice the cross-sectional height. Thanks to the cross-sectional shape of the water pipe duct, two plastic hot water pipes in the protective pipe can easily be fitted inside it in parallel.
In a further preferred embodiment of the water pipe duct according to the invention, said extension part has a rear wall for attaching at least one tap corner box. Depending on the plumbing fixture, either one or two tap boxes will be installed in the extension. The extension part must therefore be large enough to accommodate the desired number of tap corner boxes at a suitable distance from each other and the second mouth opening must be large enough so that the tap corner boxes can be easily installed in place. Preferably, the rear wall has a reinforcing part for screwing the tap corner box. The reinforcing part can be of such a material that it can be screwed into the fastening screw of the corner boxes without a separate pre-drilling of the fastening holes.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel according to the invention, the distance of the rear wall from the plane defined by the edges of the second mouth is less than the maximum distance of the wall between the first end and the extension of the water pipe from the plane defined by the edges of the first mouth and the second mouth. In this embodiment, the rear wall of the wall-mounted water pipe duct extension and the faucet corner boxes to be attached thereto are thus closer to the wall surface, which facilitates the attachment of the water fixtures to the faucet corner boxes.
In another preferred embodiment of the water pipe duct according to the invention, there is a support member at the edge of the second orifice for supporting the protective plate covering the second orifice. Preferably, said support member is a collar on the inner surface of the second orifice at a distance of the thickness of the protective plate from the plane defined by the edge of the second orifice. The shield covering the second orifice may be in place during the installation step of the water pipe duct and during the wall manufacturing step, whereby the shield plate prevents contamination of the interior parts of the water pipe duct. The cover plate is removed & when the tap corner boxes and hot water pipes are installed inside the water pipe duct. 0 After installation, the cover plate can be reattached and through-holes can be made in the cover plate for the plumbing fittings to be attached to the tap corner boxes. The outer surface of the mounted protective plate in the molded concrete walls is substantially flush with the wall surface, so that the screed, moisture insulation and the actual wall covering coming to the wall surface can be installed on the protective plate. Alternatively, the cover plate can be omitted altogether, in which case the expansion part is filled with filling plaster after the installation of tap corner boxes and hot water pipes. In another preferred embodiment of the water pipe duct according to the invention, the inner surface of the wall of the expansion part has at least one gripping tongue for attachment to the tap corner box. The advantage of the invention is that it speeds up the installation of domestic water pipes, especially in buildings with concrete walls. In addition, the invention has the advantage that savings are made in the material costs of domestic water pipes, because cheaper plastic pipes can be used instead of expensive copper pipes. A further advantage of the invention is that it reduces the risk of leakage damage, as the number of connections and extensions of the domestic water pipes is significantly reduced and the domestic water pipes are located deeper in the wall structure than the furniture fastening screws. The invention is described in detail below. The description refers to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1a - shows an exemplary front view of a water pipe channel according to the invention, Fig. B shows a side view of a water pipe channel shown in Fig. 1a, Fig. 2 shows a water pipe channel shown in Figs. 1a and 1b mounted in a concrete wall mold,

N Fig. 4b - shows a front view of the embodiment shown in Fig. 4a.
Fig. 5a - shows a side view of another preferred embodiment of a water pipe duct according to the invention, Fig. 5b - shows the embodiment shown in Fig. 5a seen from the front and Fig. 5c - shows the embodiment shown in Figs. 5a and 5b in a cross-sectional view. Figure 1a shows by way of example a water pipe channel according to the invention seen from the front and Figure 1b shows the same water pipe channel seen from the side.
In the following, both images are described simultaneously.
The water pipe channel comprises a first tubular channel part 16 and a second tubular channel part 18, each of which has a rectangular, straight tubular section in cross-section.
The cross-sectional width of the tubular portion is substantially twice the cross-sectional height.
The straight tubular portions of the channel portions are similar in shape, but the outer dimensions of the wall 10 of the first channel portion are slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the wall 10 of the tubular portion of the second channel portion.
The second end of the first channel part is arranged inside the first end of the second channel part so that the channel parts are telescopically connected to each other.
There is only a clearance between the walls of the nested channel parts, which allows mutual movement of the channel parts in the longitudinal direction.
The wall of the water pipe duct is made of a plastic material so that both duct parts are substantially rigid, shape-retaining parts.
The first end of the first channel part 16, which is at the same time the first end 12 of the entire water pipe channel, has a curved shape.
At the end of the curved part of the duct part there is an open first mouth opening 14, the shape of which is the same as the shape of the duct part = cross section.
At one end of the second channel part 18, which is at the same time the other end 22 of the entire N 25 water pipe channel, there is a housing-like extension part 26, the width T of which is substantially greater than the width of the straight tubular part.
The extension portion N has a substantially flat rear wall 28 flush with the rear surface of the wall of the tubular portion E and a front wall having a rectangular second opening 24 substantially the size of the front wall 24. The distance of the front wall 3 of the extension portion 3 from the rear wall of the extension portion is greater than the distance between the front surface of the wall 2 and the rear surface.
The edges of the first mouth 14 and the edges S of the second mouth 24 are set at substantially the same imaginary plane T.
Thanks to the telescopic connection of the first and second channel parts, the length of the water pipe channel can be changed, whereby the mutual distance between the first and second mouth openings changes. In Figures 1a and 1b, the first and second mouth openings open in the same direction. The first channel part can also be fitted inside the second channel part in a position rotated 180 degrees about its longitudinal axis, whereby the first and second mouth openings open in opposite directions.
On each side of the first end of the first channel portion 16, near the first mouth 14, there is a support leg 20 which attaches at its first end to the side surface of the first channel portion wall and the other end extends to an imaginary plane T defined by the first and second mouth portions. each side has a support leg 20 which - adheres at its first end to the side surface of the wall of the second channel part and the other end of which extends to an imaginary plane T defined by the first and second orifices. In the wall of the extension part 26, each side of the second orifice has a support plate 21 T.
Inside the extension part 26, on the inner surface of the rear wall 28, there is a plate-like reinforcing part 30, which acts as a mounting base for the tap corner boxes not shown in the figures. The purpose of the reinforcing part is to provide a reliable and sturdy base on which the fastening screws of the tap corner boxes can be easily drilled so that the tips of the fastening screws do not extend through the rear wall of the extension part. At the edges of the second mouth opening in the front wall of the extension part there is a support part in the form of a circumferential collar 32, against which a protective plate covering the mouth opening can be attached (the protective plate is not shown in the figure). The thickness of the cover plate can be selected to be substantially equal to the distance of the collar from the plane defined by the edge of the second mouth opening, whereby the surface of the cover plate is set to an imaginary plane T.
The water pipe channel shown in Figures 1a and 1b, shown in Figure 2, is installed in a concrete wall casting mold. The casting mold shown in Figure 2 is the so-called a mold for use in the manufacture of in-situ concrete walls comprising a first wall mold 52 and a second wall mold 54 having a smooth mold surface 50. The wall molds are supported in an upright position on a base 100, e.g. the floor or plinth top edge I of the building, and molded between the wall molds fresh concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the wall mold is dismantled.
O 2 The water pipe channel according to the invention is attached to the mold surface of the first and / or second wall D mold in connection with the erection of the wall molds before pouring the concrete. The water pipe channel is attached to the mold surface so that the first orifice 14 and the second orifice 24 abut the mold surface. During the installation phase - the second mouth can be covered with a protective plate. The correct position of the water pipe channel in the wall lateral direction is determined from the building drawings. In the height direction of the wall, the first mouth opening is installed close to the top of the wall. The location of the second orifice in the height direction of the wall depends on the water fixture to which the water pipe channel is led. For example, shower faucets are installed at a height of 100 cm from the floor level, toilet taps are installed at a height of 25 cm from the floor level and the hot water pipes in the kitchen water point are installed at a height of 75 cm from the floor surface. The installation height of the second orifice is thus determined by the type of water fixture. Thanks to the telescopic structure of the water pipe duct according to the invention, the length of the water pipe duct can be adjusted and the second orifice can always be fixed to a suitable installation height, even if the room height and / or the types of water fixtures change.
The water pipe channel is fixed to the mold surface by means of support legs 20 at the first end of the first channel part 16, support legs 20 at the first end of the second channel part 18 and support plates 21 on the side surfaces of the wall of the expansion part. The support legs supporting the second channel part keep the straight section of the water pipe channel at a constant distance from the mold surface, i.e. from the incoming wall surface of the concrete wall. After the installation of the channel part, fresh concrete mass is poured into the space between the wall molds, which is compacted by vibration. The water pipe channel is so rigid that it retains its shape substantially unchanged when subjected to the pressure exerted by the fresh concrete surrounding the channel section during the concrete casting and compaction phase. Figure 3a shows, by way of example, a cross-section of a concrete wall with a water pipe channel according to the invention, and Figure 3b shows a part of the same concrete wall seen from the front. In the following, both images are described simultaneously. The pictures show a concrete wall after the wall molds have been removed from different sides of the wall. In Figures 3a and 3b, two tap corner boxes 44 are fastened to the reinforcement part 30 in the rear wall 28 of the water pipe channel extension part 26 by means of a screw fastening. A protective pipe 42 and a drive water pipe 40 are installed inside the water pipe duct. The hot water pipe and the protective pipe are connected at their first end to a tap box and their other ends are led to a manifold not shown in the figure. E 30 - The curved shape of the first end of the water pipe channel, the depth of the extension part and the lengths of the support legs can be dimensioned so that the straight section of the water pipe channel comes at a suitable distance from the concrete wall surface. This distance should be at least 25 mm, preferably at least 40 mm, most preferably at least 50 mm. Em. The dimensioning of the parts of the N water pipe duct ensures that the domestic hot water pipes inside the water pipe duct are always at a sufficient distance from the wall surface,
whereby the fastening screws of furniture, such as shower bars or kitchen furniture, do not reach to puncture the water pipes. Figure 4a shows by way of example a preferred embodiment of a water pipe duct according to the invention seen from the side and Figure 4b shows the same embodiment seen from the front. In the following, both images will be described simultaneously. The embodiment shown in Figures 4a and 4b has all the same structural parts as in the water pipe channel described above, and the same names and reference numbers are used for the structural parts. The embodiment shown in the figures differs from the invention described above in that the rear wall 28 of the expansion part 26 is closer to the plane defined by the edge of the second mouth opening 24 than the rear surface of the wall 10 of the tubular portion of the second channel part 18. The depth of the expansion part is thus smaller than in the invention described in Figures 1a-3b. The advantage of this embodiment of the water pipe duct is that the tap corner boxes are located in the wall closer to the wall surface, which - facilitates the attachment of water fixtures to the tap corner boxes. The embodiment shown in Figures 4a and 4b further differs from the invention described above in that the width of the expansion part and the width of the mouth opening 24 are substantially smaller than in the invention described in Figures 1a-3b. The expansion part shown in Figures 4a and 4n is therefore dimensioned for only one tap corner box, i.e. only one hot water pipe is led to the expansion part. Such a water pipe duct is suitable, for example, for guiding toilet water pipes for toilet seats. Fig. 5a shows by way of example another preferred embodiment of a water pipe duct according to the invention seen from the side, Fig. 5b seen from the front and Fig. 5c a cross-sectional view, cut from section plane A-A. In the following, all of the above images will be described simultaneously.
O 2 The embodiment shown in Figures 5a, 5b and 5c has all the same structural parts A as in the water pipe channel described above and the structural parts are used - the same names and reference numbers. The embodiment shown in the figures differs from the invention described above in that the cross-sectional shape of the water pipe channel is circular S 30 - (except for point 26 of the extension part. The diameter of the circular section D is chosen so that 42 so that there is sufficient installation clearance between the wall N of the protective pipe and the wall of the water pipe duct (Fig. 5c) The extension part is dimensioned for one tap corner box so that its interior dimensions are only slightly larger than the outer dimensions of the tap corner box to be fitted inside.
When both the hot water pipe and the cold hot water pipe are led to the same water fixture, two water pipe ducts are installed in parallel on the wall as shown in Fig. 5b. The opposite inner side surfaces of the walls of the extension have flexible gripping tongues 46. The faucet corner box is mounted on the extension - simply by pushing it in the correct position inside the extension, so that the gripping tongues engage the edges of the faucet corner box. After installing the faucet corner box, the empty space of the expansion part can be filled with polyurethane or leveling compound. The second opening 24 of the extension part is not intended to be covered with a cover plate, so that a collar is not required at the edge of the second opening to attach the cover plate. In the preferred embodiment of the water pipe channel shown in Figures 5a, 5b and 5c, there are no support legs fixedly attached to the first channel part 16 and the second channel part 18. Instead of the outriggers, the duct portions are supported and secured to the mold surface 50 of the wall molds by separate duct brackets 60. The duct bracket is a shaped strip portion the intermediate parts settle on essentially the same imaginary plane. The duct brackets are attached from the intermediate part and the edge parts to the mold surface of the wall mold by means of 50 screw fastenings. Holes for mounting screws are provided in the intermediate and flange parts. The number of channel brackets used to attach the water pipe channel can be freely selected. In practice, the duct brackets should be used at least at the junction of the first and second duct parts and in the vicinity of the first end 12 of the first duct part.
- A particular advantage of the embodiment shown in Figures 5a, 5b and 5c is that, for example, the hot water pipes leading to the jet mixer do not line up with the center line of the jet mixer. In this case, the most natural point of attachment of the shower rod is placed between the water pipe channels, and the fastening screws of the shower rod do not puncture the hot water pipes in the water pipe channels. The embodiment thus makes it possible to place the water pipe E 30 poles closer to the wall surface, e.g. so that the farthest surface of the wall of the water pipe channel is at most 50 mm. at a depth of the wall surface.
D The embodiment shown in Figures 5a, 5b and 5c has a first channel portion 16> and a second channel portion 18, the straight tubular portions of which are telescopically connected to each other. The water pipe channel can also be implemented in such a way that the first channel part is a standard-sized tubular part and the second channel part comprises only an expansion part. The wall of the expansion part has a connection sleeve to which the end of the first duct part cut to a suitable dimension is fitted. The connection sleeve may have a seal to make the connection watertight. The length of the intermediate part 64 of the channel bracket used for fixing the water pipe duct is dimensioned so that the support parts of the bracket are at a suitable distance from each other for the installation of hot water pipes to be fed to the jet mixer. The intermediate part 64 may have a weakening point from which the channel bracket breaks into two parts when the bracket is bent. The lengths of the edge portions 66 of the bracket can be dimensioned so that when the ends of the edge portions of the pieces of truncated brackets are placed opposite each other, the support portions are spaced apart for hot water pipes to the basin taps. The water pipe channel according to the invention is particularly well suited for use in construction projects where plastic domestic water pipes are installed on concrete-structured walls. The wall structure can be manufactured on site as an in-situ casting or it can be manufactured at an element factory as a wall element which is transported to the site. In wall factories, the wall elements are usually manufactured in a horizontal position and the mold of the wall elements has only one mold surface forming the wall surface. The water pipe channels are then placed in the casting mold so that the mouth openings either rest against the horizontal mold surface of the casting mold of the wall element or they open on the leveled upper surface of the concrete mass layer cast in the mold. The water-pipe duct according to the invention can also be used in frame-structured walls, in particular in frame-structured large elements. Some preferred embodiments of the water pipe channel according to the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions described above, but the inventive idea can be applied in various ways within the limits set by the claims. 00 2 25 - OF
